National Park Express ("NPE") is a wholly owned subsidiary of CHD, Inc., and operates customer-facing booking websites such as https://ota.tripguru.ai and affiliated NPE subdomains. All services and communications are delivered under the NPE brand. By using our website, booking services, or receiving our communications (including SMS), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Travel Services
Coupons, tickets, and confirmations issued by NPE are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by both NPE and our third-party service providers. All listed tours are operated by NPE and are subject to change based on operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, substitute services, or cancel tours due to conditions such as weather, traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or any other causes beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Payments
Tour prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Once full payment is received, no price changes will apply. Additional fees may be incurred due to currency exchange or credit card processing.
Tour fares include:

- Tickets and admission fees as specified in the itinerary
Tour fare excludes:
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities
- Meals not explicitly included
- Travel insurance
- Gratuities
- Airport taxes or related charges
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Participants must follow all local laws and venue rules. NPE reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel individuals from tours due to behavior that may compromise the comfort or safety of the group. All associated costs will be borne by the participant.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of all necessary documentation, such as valid passports, visas, or health certificates.
5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in our tours or using our services, you acknowledge that NPE and its affiliates shall not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or other events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Transportation disruptions
- Political unrest
- Mechanical failures
- Theft, accidents, or third-party negligence
NPE acts as a booking agent for third-party providers. Any claims related to their services must be directed to those providers.
